During the 2009 Global GuluWalk, we had many of our supporters sign petitions asking our government and governments abroad to help protect civilians and end violence committed by the Lord’s Resistance Army in northern Uganda and the surrounding area.

We’re still waiting to hear back from the Canadian government, but we are glad to report that we have received a response from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in the UK.

We wanted to share this letter with all our walkers, volunteers, and donors. Thank you to our team and supporters in the UK for making this happen.
