GuluWalk is back in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for 2007! Last year, Cedar Rapids participants not only provided a voice for peace in northern Uganda, their fundraising results helped towards the raising of over $500,000 for children's programs on the ground in the war-torn region. GuluWalk Cedar Rapids is looking to provide even bigger and better support in 2007. Join in the push for peace!


2007 GuluWalk Details

GuluWalk Date: Saturday, October 20, 2007

Start Location: Downtown Cedar Rapids on the 1st Avenue Bridge. We will meet by the Tree of Five Seasons

Registration Begins: 9:30am

GuluWalk Start Time: 10:00am

Walk Route: Beginning on 1st Avenue and 1st Street at the Tree of 5 Seasons sculpture. We will walk east to 10th Street S.E. We will then walk South one block to 2nd Avenue. Finally we will walk West down 2nd Avenue to 2nd Street where we will complete the walk at the Blue Strawberry coffee shop (188 2nd Street S.E.)

End Location: Blue Strawberry coffee shop

Post-walk Events: Coffee served at the Blue Strawberry coffee shop
